Tax de Sejour is a maximum of 5% of the rental cost without tax and is determined by the make up of your group. These prices include all water, electricity (excluding the charging of electric vehicles) and linen except for towels. These are available to hire if required. Cots and highchairs are provide free of charge. Basic cleaning products, tea towels and bathmats are also provided. Professional local caterers can be recommended for those guests who would like a welcome meal or a break from cooking. Changeover day is Saturday only in July and August. Outside those months it is Friday although this can be flexible out of season. The arrival time is 5pm. and the departure time is 10am. To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 25%, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also require a security deposit. Please note you are required to leave the house as you find it (immaculate) or for those who do not wish to spend the end of the holiday cleaning, there is a final cleaning service available. The pool is open from Easter until October Bed and breakfast is available during the low season. |
