Nous avons passé un excellent séjour familial dans ce gîte très confortable avec ses nombreuses chambres et salles-de- bains, ses vastes pièces de vie, son magnifique jardin clos où les enfants se sont beaucoup plu, et sa grande piscine chauffée et sécurisée. Les propriétaires Suzannah et Jeremy sont accueillants et très sympathiques. Nous comptons bien revenir !

One week in this superb gîte with 14 adults who will keep happy memories, so comfortable was this place.
8 spacious rooms in a relaxing style equipped with private shower rooms and WC.
2 equipped kitchens, a very soothing living room and a dining room
with a superb outside and swimming pool.

Fabulous place for group gatherings
Everything you could possibly want is there for you. The facilities are well equipped and the pool and large garden space welcome for active children in the party.
Lovely house and garden. Incredibly well set up and accmodating for children and adults alike! Excellent location close to a pretty town of Languidic but just 30 minutes from some lovely beaches. Had a lovely take-away pizza from Manu in town.
Wonderful days out in Carnac, Larmor Plage, Port Louis and Quinquis nature park. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool both covered adn uncovered.

We have rented the whole gite for the last 2 years for a large friends and family group from the UK. Great venue with safe grounds for the kids to play and run around. A real bonus is the pool and outdoor dinning area. Rooms were all clean and comfortable, if we needed anything the family who run it live next door, plus were generally around to give us a few pointers on the area. We will be back.

We have stayed here before and were so impressed, came back this year. The Fermiere has everything needed for a great restful stay in the French countryside but within striking distance of the coast and some wonderful golf courses.
We are a group of 16 Motorcyclists from UK, we hired both properties La Fermiere/Le Pressoir. This made a lovely big area for us all to chill or be in the hub, lots of outseide space,lovely pool and also a play area, not used by us but a good addition if you have family. We had everything we needed to start our holiday off. The whole area is safe and well protected for families. Although the properties come together beautifully to accomodate groups of families, it also divides nicely into two. Susanah and Jeremy our hosts were on site, but rarely seen unless we required help,then they were there to help us with anything we required. St Leon is not far from some of the most beautiful spots in the gulf of Morbihan, All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending these properties together or seperate. A thoroughly magic week thank you so much to our Hosts Sussanah and Jeremy .
The property was ideal for our family group (2 grandparents, 6 parents and 8 children aged 0 to 13). The rooms were generously proportioned and the house seemed larger than the photos suggested! We found the house very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owners gave us a warm welcome and were always helpful and available when needed. We had a very wet week so the roof over the pool was a great asset, enabling the family to swim in all weathers. Having some keen tennis players among us, the public courts in Languidic (3 miles away) were great, being free of charge and available each time we went. We would recommend this property, especially for a large family group.
We were blown away with how beautiful the property was. It was the perfect setting for a totally relaxing holiday and a great place for children. The owners were on hand and very helpful but not obtrusive. It was well situated for trips to some beautiful towns, beaches and local markets. We particularly enjoyed the towns of Auray and Vannes and the beach at Carnac. The pool and garden were fantastic. The food from the order in catering service Daisy Chain was delicious. One of the best family holidays we've had. Highly recommend.
